Hideaway Pizza is proud to be an active member of every community where we open a restaurant!  We partner primarily with schools, youth organizations, and other charitable, 501C3 organizations to help raise funds for the many worthwhile and needy causes we are asked to sponsor.  We like to call it Fun!raising! 

A Word About DONATION REQUESTS ~

We receive literally hundreds of these each year.  Unfortunately, we cannot donate to each and every one, as much as we would like to be able to do so.  If you are looking for event sponsorship, we have found that the methods of fundraising below better suit our abilities to participate in your fundraising, and ask that you find one that fits into your program the best.   If you have a unique request, please complete our donation request form.  Our fun!Raising coordinator will be in touch with you to determine if there is a fit.

Hideaway Pizza has two primary methods of working with fundraisers (see below) so please look these over to determine which of these is best suited to your organization’s needs.  Please keep in mind that the requests greatly exceed the amount available for donations, so we will consider your request, but various factors determine whether we can help your group.  After you have determined which event you would like to apply for, please complete our donation request form if you are interested. 

Benefit Nights
Schedule a benefit night at The Hideaway for your team, organization, or club and The Hideaway will donate 15% of all sales generated from your group's dining purchases to your designated fund.  The Hideaway will also provide your group with a flyer to help you promote your benefit night.

For more information and to schedule your event, contact The Hideaway location closest to you and ask for the manager on duty.  Plan ahead. These nights are popular and fill up fast!

Bug Stuff!

We've all seen this done before - stuff as many people into a VW bug as possible, for a hilarious and fun event.  And what makes this even better is that your organization or group can turn this into an excellent fund-raising opportunity.  The Hideaway will contribute one of their painted bugs (a Lady Bug or a Zebra) to be used for the stuffing. Under close supervision and guidelines prescribed by The Guinness Book of World Records, kids and adults attempt to get as many bodies stuffed into a Bug as possible.

HOW IT WORKS: The HIDEAWAY provides pledge sheets for the squad to sign up sponsors in advance to pledge an amount for each person successfully "stuffed" in the VW.  If you figure that about 15-20 people can stuff into a bug, then a .25 cent to $1 pledge is reasonable and affordable for classmates, friends and family. 

WHEN & WHERE: Stage your "Bug Stuff" where you'll get the best exposure and most participation: such as during a big event for your school; during halftime; or during a festival or pep rally. Be sure to schedule a bug  stuff well in advance to reserve the date of your choice.

HOW: Email us and include your name, address, telephone number, group name, event and event date.

WHO: Participation is limited to people age 10 and older. They must be members of an organized team or group. All participants will be required to sign liability and media waivers.

PREPARATION & SAFETY: Upon receipt of your application, we will schedule your event so there is plenty of time to practice before the public event.  A trained Hideaway Pizza staff member will be on hand to train and supervise the event.
