Eight breaded cheese raviolis fried to perfection, sprinkled with Parmesan-herb shake and served with our HIDEAWAY marinara.

Garlic Knots

Six giant garlic knots baked until toasty warm, served with a side of HIDEAWAY marinara sauce.

Caprese

Six slices of fresh mozzarella, topped with HIDEAWAY's homemade bruschetta blend of Roma tomatoes, red onions, fresh basil and olive oil, and drizzled with balsamic glaze. Delicious!

Hideaway's Caesar Salad

This is one of the BEST Caesar salads you will have...try it! Featuring fresh, crisp Romaine lettuce tossed with HIDEAWAY Caesar dressing, grated parmesan and crushed croutons, ours is topped off with shredded parmesan to give it the perfect taste! Hideaway's Caesar Salad is available in small and large sizes.

Hideaway Greek Salad

Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with our own Greek dressing and mixed with feta cheese, kalamata olives, red onions, banana peppers, pepperoncinis and finished with four Roma tomato wedges. The Greek Salad is available in small and large sizes.

Classic Club Salad

Fresh mixed greens, smoked turkey, sliced egg, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and Roma tomatoes. Try it with honey mustard dressing.

Cobb Salad

Fresh mixed greens, topped with fried chicken strips, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, fresh Roma tomatoes and egg crumbles. Perfect with HIDEAWAY Ranch dressing.

The Hideaway Spinach Salad

Fresh spinach and romaine topped with HIDEAWAY Sweet Spinach salad dressing, toasted almonds, red onions and Mandarin oranges.

Blue Cheese Wedge

Large half head of iceberg lettuce topped with blue cheese dressing, blue cheese crumbles, diced red onions, smoked bacon and diced Roma tomatoes. The Blue Cheese Wedge is available in small and large sizes.

Around The World (or Pizza Supreme). A favorite of Hideaway fans the world over, we can't even count them there are so many! A supreme blend of HIDEAWAY Red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, diced green bell peppers, diced red onions, black olives and fresh sliced mushrooms.

Dermer's BBQ Chicken

The original Big Kahuna came up with this treat for Oklahoma BBQ lovers. Deep layers of HIDEAWAY BBQ sauce, covered with generous portions of grilled chicken breast strips, then layered with mozzarella and dressed up with diced red onions and diced green bell peppers.

Big Country

For the Big Man On Campus...Eat big, work hard, and take it to the hoop! HIDEAWAY red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, polish Sausage (kielbasa), hamburger, and topped with a delicate...sorry...heaping taste of cheddar.

The Boz

Tackle this All-American, we dare ya. HIDEAWAY Red sauce with a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, loaded with pepperoni, smoked bacon, sausage, diced red bell peppers and, just to make a statement, jalapenos.

Chicken Florentine

We don't really have anything cute to say about this one, it's just plain good. HIDEAWAY Pesto sauce and fresh spinach, covered with a blend of mozzarella and feta cheeses, grilled chicken breast strips, sliced mushrooms, all topped with minced garlic.

Cimarron

Bob's creation has Alfredo sauce with mozzarella and mini-meatballs, Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, smoked bacon, Asiago cheese, jalapeños and topped with provolone cheese!

Da Bomb

HIDEAWAY red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Genoa salami, pineapple, Parmesan-herb shake, cooked then topped with fresh basil and a balsamic glaze.

Hideaway Special

Our company founder, Richard Dermer, came up with this idea: “Why not let the customer have a little taste of everything?” This creation is piled high with a different topping on each slice: HIDEAWAY Red sauce layered with mozzarella cheese with half of the slices covered with veggies and the other half meat.

Little Italy

Hideaway olive oil and garlic glaze, HIDEAWAY Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Italian sausage, sliced mushrooms, diced green and red bell pepper, diced red onion and roasted garlic sprinkled and Parmesan-herb shake.

Little Kahuna

Mamma Mia Meatball

The Maui Magic

An all-time favorite for Oklahomans living in Maui... or wishing they lived in Maui. HIDEAWAY Red Sauce topped with mozzarella, Canadian bacon, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.

The Mob Boss

Don Corleone himself used to secretly come by and have Kahuna make this special taste of Italy just for him. Start with HIDEAWAY Red sauce and mozzarella, load it with Italian sausage, pepperoni, Genoa salami, smoked bacon, diced red onion, black olives, minced garlic and our special parmesan herb blend for a finger-kissing good pie.

Olympian

HIDEAWAY red sauce, mozzarella, grilled chicken, black and green olives, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, roasted garlic, topped with feta cheese and Parmesan-herb shake.

Paradise Pie

This isn't Heaven, but it's as close as we could get with a pizza pie. HIDEAWAY Alfredo sauce covered with a blend of mozzarella and smoked provolone cheeses, grilled chicken breast strips, smoked bacon, fresh sliced mushrooms, fresh spinach and diced Roma tomatoes. Yummmmmm.

Sicilian

Sooner Schooner

You'll tie the horses to the covered wagon to come get this one. HIDEAWAY Red Sauce, mozzarella, hamburger, smoked bacon, Italian sausage, diced red onions, minced garlic and green chiles.

Sweet Sedona

Sante Fe this, Sante Fe that. We're talking Sedona here, and our good ol' friend BMac came up with this one, folks. HIDEAWAY Red sauce, a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, grilled chicken breast strips, diced Roma tomatoes, diced red and green bell peppers and diced red onions.

Tulsa Hurricane

Much bigger than any tornado; this is a swirling phenomenon of sweet and spicy flavors. Hideaway Red sauce covered with a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, Canadian bacon, smoked bacon, diced green bell peppers, pineapple and jalapeños. Big Bob loves this pie with HIDEAWAY BBQ sauce!

Margherita ~ Old World

The traditional version of this famous pie HIDEAWAY red sauce dotted with slices of fresh mozzarella, our Parmesan-herb shake, cooked, then topped with fresh basil.

Okay, we make this with penne noodles but who ever heard of baked penne?? A heaping serving of penne noodles mixed with ricotta cheese, covered with HIDEAWAY Marinara and mozzarella cheese makes this dish one of our favorites.

Pasta Alfredo

If one word could describe this it would be, "Man, this is GOOD!" (No way can just one word describe this dish...) Start with penne noodles covered in our rich, creamy HIDEAWAY Alfredo sauce and topped with grated parmesan.

Alfredo Deluxe

Penne noodles in our Alfredo sauce with chunks of bacon and chicken breast, then topped with grated Parmesan cheese ~ delicious!

Pasta Supreme
