We are here to make pizza, make money and have fun, practicing respect and keeping things in perspective while we do.
1. Make Pizza.We make 'em, we serve 'em, we clean up the mess, and then we start all over again. We’re not here to be the biggest, fastest or cheapest, we are here to be the BEST.
2. Make Money.We make money through our productivity, which is a function of quality and volume; attitude and skills. This is a business. We take care of it, and it takes care of us. Making money and profits is a good thing.
3. Have Fun.Life is too short not to enjoy what you are doing. We have fun by being good at our jobs, so the work becomes easy, and we can relax and enjoy ourselves.
4. Practice Respect.We practice Respect by following the Golden Rule, by treating everyone— fellow co-workers, managers, vendors and customers— as we want to be treated.
5. Keep Things in Perspective.It's just pizza! Other things in life are more important – like our families, our freedoms and taking care of our planet. Ours is just one small slice of the pie of life, served in one tiny corner of the world. But it all starts right here, right now, with you and me – and what we do does matter. We need to stay aware of our connections to, and our impact on each other, our community, and the world around us. We need to be leaders, setting new standards for excellence.
